Episode 306: Doubling Down

The politicians are doubling down and so are we! We had a lively discussion in this episode that included lots of laughs and some serious moments as well.

One of the interesting questions raised by Larry is what's going to happen in the future to the people pushing some of these questionable agendas. Sadly we can only assume the answer for the moment will be, "nothing."

Articles for Episode 306: Doubling Down

Given the season and the recent political events, you might expect that folks might take a bit of a breather. You'd be wrong. Politicians from both sides of the aisle are doubling down on their stances. In some cases they're bringing more evidence and in others they're standing by their claims. There are even some that are backpedaling to revise what they said to match reality.

In this episode we're going to be discussing a few different items that give examples of this. It's always an interesting discussion and we hope you can join us any Sunday night at 8:30pm eastern! Articles for this episode:

Articles for Episode 258: Failures At Home and Abroad

Back to our regular time, we've got a bit of a doozie planned. Heading into the end of the year we see the status quo acting exactly as expected. There are things that need to be dealt with both domestically and abroad and the handling of it leaves much to be desired.

Before we get into the articles, I have to ask a favor. Please go to Red State Talk Radio's 2012 Talk Show of the Year poll and vote for our show. We can't do this without your support. Here are the articles for this episode:
You can bet there were other articles. Here they are:

Episode 71: Pushing the Boundaries of Law and Decency

A really good show tonight with lots of input and a lot of information that can not go forgotten! We were joined in TalkShoe by Jim and Kirk of The Zoo Radio Show as well as Debra JM Smith of Informing Christians. In this episode we are discussed some of the statements that have been made by liberals in the last week. With these statements, they have managed to stretch the boundaries of decency and legality. We'll talk about things like the statement made by the new Dean of the Episcopal Divinity School regarding the sacrament of Abortion, Geithner's statements about the power of Treasury to fire CEOs. We also talked about the Fed's different grabs for power in print, speech, ownership, wages, contracts and the Internet. Articles discussed in tonight's show include:

Episode 63: Crazy for Correct Change

A really fun show tonight with a lot of different topics covered! Not only that but we heard Ken's good news as well as good news from my mom. Along with the callers, there was quite a bit of activity in both the SecondLife and Talkshoe chat rooms. On tonight's show we talked about quite a few things, mainly focusing on Obama's followers (and those who haven't taken the drink), his hypocritical attitude and the "salary cap". Also, there's an ACLU suit that we somewhat agree with! Here's the links:
